Stefan Griess - Digital Wealth Partners

Stefan Griess spent twelve years working as an IT Engineer before joining Digital Wealth Partners. During that time, he focused on identity and access governance, built automations to improve internal audit processes, and worked with fintech providers including Fiserv and Finastra. That background gave him a practical understanding of how financial systems actually work behind the scenes.

His move into wealth management came from watching how financial technology was evolving and recognizing that his technical experience could serve clients in a different way. Stefan holds a Series 65 license and a Project Management Professional certification from PMI. He graduated from Grove City College.

Stefan’s approach centers on listening first. He works to understand each client’s goals, comfort level, and priorities before discussing strategies. He sees his role as providing education around digital assets and aligning recommendations with what clients actually want, not what sounds impressive on paper.

He lives in Hudsonville, Michigan with his wife and six children. Outside of work, he spends time with family and plays golf, pickleball, and hockey with friends.
